At Picklada, we partner with local vendors and handle deliveries ourselves to make sure you get essentials quickly and reliably.

Service Areas

We currently deliver in select areas, and service availability is shown at checkout based on your PIN code.

Note: Service availability is automatically checked based on your delivery PIN code during checkout.

Delivery Time

  • Orders are usually delivered within 20 to 25 mins from order acceptance by our partner vendor.
  • Delivery time may vary due to vendor location, traffic, weather, or other delays.
  • You will be notified if there's a delay in your delivery.

Delivery Charges

  • If your order value is ₹130 or above, delivery is free.
  • For orders below ₹130, a flat ₹15 delivery fee is applied.
  • The applicable charge will always be shown at checkout before order is placed.

Order Process

  • Once your order is placed, our partner vendor will accept and prepare it.
  • Thereafter, our delivery partners pick it up and deliver it safely to you.
  • If an item is unavailable, you may choose to accept a suggested replacement or receive a refund for that item.

Delivery Attempts

  • Our rider will attempt delivery at the address provided.
  • If delivery fails due to incorrect address, customer unavailability, or restricted access, the order may be marked as undeliverable.
  • Perishable items like fruits, vegetables, and dairy are non-refundable in such cases.

Packaging & Safety

All items are packed either by the vendor or at pickup to ensure hygiene and safety.

Customer Responsibilities

  • Please ensure your delivery address, contact details, and PIN code are accurate.
  • Ensure you are available to receive the order within the estimated time.
  • Any issues with your order must be reported within 2 hours of delivery.
